Yes McGranaghan, McGranahan, McGrenaghan and many more similar surnames owe their heritage
to the above mentioned clan originating as best known in County Donegal, Ireland.
This page provides a place for people interested in learning about or helping
the maintain McGranaghan, my surname, McGranahan etc. family history can read and contribute. If you are interested

page considerably and any help(info, pictures, biographies, lore) would be
appreciated. Information recieved, most often, will be posted within a week or two.
Once I get the database set up on this server, there will be threaded discussion forum exchange
of information easier. I would also like to post an online photo album.
Most of the information on the McGranaghans has been donated by Charles McGranaghanof Carson City NV.
Charles has been researching the family tree for over a decade now and has supplied a wealth of information.

This picture is a drawing of the old McGranaghan Building in Hancock NY compliments of
the Hancock Chamber of Commerce. The Hancock (Delaware and Green County) area is where my ancestors from County
Donegal, Ireland Settled around the end of the famine. Currently eight generations, since 1782,
